KMG is building a long-term portfolio of healthcare companies with attractive business models, service concepts and technologies. Our focus is on businesses with distinct winning formulas targeting the right playing fields. The successful execution of these strategies will be strengthened by continuously developing core capabilities and effective management systems.

KMG ‘s portfolio will consist of core operating companies with a focus on free cash flow generation and long-term value creation, with an ownership structure of 25% or greater of these core operating companies. KMG will also make financial investments in healthcare companies with an emphasis on long-term value creation.
